Is public space, public space?

You would think a public space is a free area for everyone because it is outside in ‘nature’.

But I found out that public space is full of rules that make up our system with penalties as a result if someone breaks the rules.

So I made a warning sign in public space to inform the visitor of the public space.

- “Attention, Public space”.
